MAMAMOO comes to Jakarta with [4WARD]
MAMAMOO (Korean: 마마무) is a four-member girl group consisting of Solar, Moon Byul, Whee In, and Hwa Sa. They are loved for their outstanding singing skills and spectacular performances.
MAMAMOO officially debuted in 2014 with “Mr. Ambiguous.” Since then, the group has released hits including “Piano Man,” “Um Oh Ah Yeh,” “You’re the Best,” “Décalcomanie,” “Yes I Am,” “Starry Night,” “Egotistic,” “Wind Flower,” “gogobebe,” and “HIP.”
Known as a “Performance Idol Group,” MAMAMOO has sold out more than 10 concerts since their first concert in 2016. In November 2020, they released their 10th EP, TRAVEL.
The Jakarta show will take place at NICE PIK 2 on Saturday, 19 September 2026 at 6:30 PM WIB.

When do ticket sales begin?+
Official ticket sales begin on 17 July 2026 at 10:00 AM WIB.

Where can official tickets be purchased?+
Official tickets are available only through FASTicket, the ticketing platform officially announced by the Promoter.

What is the maximum ticket purchase limit?+
Each account or purchaser ID may purchase a maximum of four tickets.
Setiap akun atau identitas pembeli dapat membeli maksimal empat tiket.
Are tickets refundable or cancellable?+
Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be changed or cancelled unless officially announced otherwise.

Can line-up changes be grounds for a refund?+
Changes to the line-up, performance schedule, or other program elements do not automatically qualify for a refund unless officially stated otherwise.

Is re-entry allowed?+
No. Attendees may enter only once through the designated gate. Re-entry is not permitted after leaving the concert area.

Are there age restrictions?+
Children under eight are not permitted. Attendees aged 8–12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older. Standing areas are restricted to attendees aged 13 and above.

Can ticket exchange be handled by a representative?+
Yes. The representative must bring a valid Letter of Authorization, the ticket purchaser’s identification, and the representative’s identification. All documents must meet Promoter requirements.

Are professional cameras allowed?+
Professional cameras and any prohibited items determined by venue management are not allowed.
